Hoodie Specs

We’ve provided flat measurement size charts on each page for the hoodies to help determine which size would be best. Generally, we’d recommend measuring a hoodie already owned and comparing it to our size chart to get the best idea of which size to buy.

Per safety standard ASTM F1816-97 by the CPSC, our youth/kid sized hoodies do not have drawstrings on them. Youth/Kid sized hoodies sold outside the USA will not include them either.

The drawstrings in the adult sized can be easily removed if you need to order an adult size for a child, and don't want them to have drawstrings.

Adult Sized hoodies & Zip-Ups are Unisex Sizing.

We recommend sizing up for the best fit. This is strongly recommended when buying for children. Size exchanges are offered if needed.

Size Exchange Program

Personalized hoodies can be remade if there is a size issue. Please contact support via email at to receive the discount code for replacement hoodies.

Cut & Sewn Disclaimer

Quality assurance is extremely vigorous for the hoodies, if the finished product fails one quality test, it'll be remade, and the original will be donated, this can add an extra day to production if it occurs.

Due to the fact that each hoodie is 100% hand-made, cut and sewn from scratch, actual sizing can vary by around one (1) inch in either direction. Our sizes chart are based on averages of finished products.

The illustrated ball stitching may have very minor differences from hoodie to hoodie.

Logos can be added to hoodies for an extra fee. Depending on the complexity and file format of your logo, the price will vary. For orders over 10 units, logo work can be provided at no additional cost. Please email us at for more information regarding logo work if you are interested.

Name/Number and stitching colors can be changed by request, simply send an e-mail to after ordering with the request (please include order number + colors wanted)

We will reply to confirm the request quickly after you email us. There are no extra charges for color changes , however, we just ask two things:

-Please send the request as quickly as you can after ordering by email to (or just reply to your order confirmation email)

-Please understand that special requests can add up to 72 hours to the production time of your order. Color changes are manually done and may require new illustrations to be made.

We only do special requests after an order has been placed.

How long does it take to receive my order?
  • Once shipped, most orders arrive in 3-7 business days. We aren't currently noticing any shipping delays for domestic orders here in the USA due to the ongoing COVID-19 outbreak.
  • Orders to Canada can take on average 15 days to arrive once shipped currently.

What happens if my order gets lost or damaged in transit?
  • Contact us as soon as you can upon noticing an issue. We'll remake and reship at zero cost to you. In the event of damage, sending a photo of the issue will help streamline the process.
  • Damaged, defective, and lost orders are quite rare but we've got your back if it ever happens.

Do you ship to countries outside the USA?
  • We ship worldwide on all products. Orders outside the USA can take 2-3 weeks to arrive once shipped for most items.
  • Orders of footwear and dye-sublimination hoodies to Canada will ship with DHL Express which arrive in 3-7 days once shipped.
  • Any customs/duty fees incurred on orders placed outside of the USA are the responsibility of the customer.

How long does it take to receive my order? Orders typically take about 7-10 days to ship but please see the item description to get the most accurate time frame as may vary per product.

Wild Kard orders are printed & manufactured on-demand and custom-made individually when you order. We do not carry stock in items due to the personalized nature of items. 

The shipping method you opt for will vary the amount of the time it takes for an order to arrive once it has been shipped.

  USPS Standard is an economy shipping method offered for all orders in the USA & Canada, this method generally can take 10-14 business days to arrive. USPS has suspended all delivery time guarantees since the COVID-19 pandemic started, so please bear in mind, these are estimates based off of real-time averages from our orders.

FedEx Priority Express and DHL Express are offered to all orders worldwide. Please note, these carriers can not deliver to PO Boxes and a phone number must be attached to the order in order to be used . This is an express shipping method, and orders generally arrive in 3-5 days once production has finished.

Can I use a coupon code on an order that was already placed? 

All coupon codes must be entered at the time of ordering. We can not apply discounts or coupon codes to orders that have already been placed.

Multiple coupon codes can not be used on any purchase.

How can I track my order? You will receive an email upon creation of the shipping label, which means your order is getting ready to be shipped.

Can I exchange an item? Yes. Non-personalized items can be exchanged. Please email with your name, order #, and reason for exchanging.If the exchange is due to a packaging error, defect, or manufacturing issue, we will cover the cost to return the item. If not, you just have to cover the shipping and we'll send you out a new item at no extra cost. 

*Exchanges must be made within 14 days from the date your item was delivered.

We can not take returns on personalized or made-to-order products. Those sales are final unless it's a quality issue or incorrectly sent.
